Nice to hear back from you Thora!

I really need to eat more fruits and vegetables... so if I were to follow the Quick Start, I'd be getting in about 12 servings a day!

Example of Week 1:
= 1 orange (or banana)
= 1 apple
= 1 cup steamed or grilled summer squash
= 2 cups celery
= 1 cup zucchini
= 1 cup asparagus
= 3 cups salad (greens, tomatoes, cucumbers)

Hey Susy...
To tell the truth, I've pulled my TUTH cards off of the shelf a couple of times over the past few weeks and then decided after the holidays would be the best time to jump back in. So... maybe...

With all the running I do, my weight stays pretty consistent but I need to "clean" up my act a bit in the food department!

So I think about this way of eating all the time. And I've had personal success with it in the past.

When I first heard about the Turn Up the Heat QUICK START diet, it was from an Oxygen magazine. I believe they stated that it was this was THE diet that they had had the most successful feedback EVER from all their readers.

Is anyone considering following his Quick Start any time soon? (I was thinking there might be a few interested since it's almost time for resolution making!)
