I used to put soy milk on my cereal, but almond milk is better because it doesn't solidify at the bottom of the carton. Also, when I use almond milk vanilla, I don't need to add sugar.

I took the train up to Chicago (from St. Louis) to meet some friends from my walking club. We will be doing three 10Ks. The weather is a lot nicer up here. I walked to Lake Michigan from our hotel, and it was so, so pleasant!
