No, I have kept my goals private.
No, but I do plan to ask them for support.
Yes, I asked but they don't help much.
Yes, they help me stay accountable and on track.

Which of these events would be most likely to make you skip a gym workout?

Forgetting my music/music player going dead.
Forgetting an important piece of workout clothing (workout pants, sports bra, etc.)
Forgetting my workout shoes.
Having a head cold/feeling under the weather.
Being sore from yesterday's workout.
Bad weather.
Being injured.
Almost nothing stops me from getting to the gym-- workouts are non-negotiable for me.

For me it would be bad weather or being sick--much more than a cold!

Tough choice! Though since I struggle more with food choices than with exercise I probably would choose A fridge that constantly refills itself with healthy food or A personal healthy chef.
