Take half or at least a good portion home.
Avoid eating the bread or crackers.
If I do eat bread, I don't put butter on it.
Order carefully.
I almost always order salad dressing on the side.

When I do the spark videos I concentrate on those, but when I'm walking I think about the weather and problems but mostly pay attention to the sidewalks because they are uneven and I am very clumsy. If on the bike I read a book.

I go to the gym, so it depends on the day. Some days I just want to get through it, and other days I love it. I listen to music, and that keeps me motivated, and I also concentrate on counting when I'm doing my weights.

When I do my morning stretches, I have to concentrate on counting or I will lose track. When I'm walking, it's usually with other people and we talk the whole time. When I do ST at the gym, I count reps for 3 sets. When I ride the bike, I read a book.
