Heyyyy!!
Okay I must say this snow storm caused a major damper on my week. I did absolutely no running this week!! Aside from shoveling snow...awrgh. I should have hopped on my Wii Fitness w/ Jillian Michaels so slapping my hand on that one. I am at a mere 400 for the month...
Next week will be better because my muffin top says it has to be (LOL)!!!!!

How are you doing Jeanine? This week was so much better than last!!!! Looking forward to this coming week!! Slowly its starting to come together. Although I am a bit nervous to jump on the scale!! LOL I'll do that tomorrow!

Well I know the feeling and I got my week all lined up theis week with food and exercise!!! so my mind is focused and I'm ready to go. Its hard to get back into a routine but I am determined to do it.

I was just eye shopping online and viewing what I want to look like in. Victoria Secret.com does wonders for your motivation. LOL So I'm back ready to tackle week 2!!!!

Hi Cheryl,
Whew is all I can say. It's been a long week. I did not get the days of running in but I did some cardio in..some days were unintentional (LOL).
I worked this weekend at the hospital so I did get some mileage and cardio in especially today. WEEK 2..emoticon

How are ya doing Jeanine?? The last two days were challenging due to being so tired and overwhelmed with life and work and "girl" issues that I made bad choices in eating and didn't get to the gym yesterday or Friday!!! Today, I cleaned the house, bathed the dogs and went food shopping and now planning my week out with a food and exercise plan!!! So I can stick to it! Its only week 2 so we gotta atleast cut ourselves some slack and atleast we are getting with it and making changes lil by lil!!!

Good luck for week 2!!! :) We can do this!!!!

I didn't do my 3 mile run today because I had a meeting at work this morning- I only ran 1 mile but it still felt great!! I managed to do 30 minutes of cardio for my morning routine!!emoticon

A bit frustrated tonight.... went to the gym and wanted to get there by 3 but had to bring sons places so it got me there at 5:30 to which I then was in resolution HELL with no machines open and tons of people, so I started on an eliptical to warm up and it was soooooo HOT in there with no ventilation that when I got to the treadmill, I was dying and felt so dizzy in doing intervals that after 10 min I felt so sick and dizzy and nautious and couldn't cool down I had to leave!

I felt such like a failure! Then did good in my eating til right now with a poptart attack. LOL

UGH!!! Tomorrow gotta start all over!!!

Definately gotta get in there early or go run outside again. I was just looking forward to hitting some weight and doing intervals!

Where in GA are you??? I moved back to Fl in July. I was in Hamilton Mill area! I miss Atlanta!! But with everything with the hubby, I needed and got a better job here and my youngest wanted to graduate with his old friends! So we moved back!

Monday through Fridays my Routine is:
I do a 3 mile run in the morning that takes me about 30 minutes.
30 minute Cardio at Lunch Time
30 minute Cardio in the evenings
I post my Fitness time on Spark Fitness Page; I can post it on our Team Huddle too!!

Saturday and Sunday I give my body time to heal and recuperate (smile).
