I can not believe it is time for Christmas already. I have not bought a single present yet. But i have thought a great deal about it!
I know the holidays are hard on you when you are trying to lose weight. But try to keep this in mind, THERE ARE ONLY TWO ACTUAL FEAST DAYS REMAINING. IF you only feast on those two days, Christmas day and New Years Day, you are good to go. Its when we feast at your work party, his work party, my parents house, your parents house then our house. then church and such. That is where we get into trouble. When we feast over and over and over and over. so, try to keep it in mind. Eat a normal amount of food on each day of the year and only feast on the actual day of....
