I cannot believe it is almost HALLOWEEN! This year seems to have flown by. How are you doing with your health goals and plans for the year? do you have a plan for getting through the holidays without gaining weight or maintaining your weight?
My plans: only bake what is necessary for the amount of people so no left overs at my house.
buy no candy for the house
if it isnt home made, i dont eat. and the truth is i am too tired to bake, so it works out.
limit myself to one party per holiday.
