I am also an early riser and a school teacher, perhaps the two go together! One of the great things about summer is I CAN get my workout in early in the day... sometimes I even get two workouts in.... Sparkpeople is AWESOME!!!

Although I've been on summer break from teaching school for three days, I can't sleep past my regular wake-up time. I suppose that's good, but I had been looking forward to sleeping late. I started "Sparking" on Saturday, and I'm trying to get in 8 glasses of water and 5 fruits/veggies. This morning I had 24 ounces of water when I got up and ate half a grapefruit. So I 've got a good start on the day.
