Any improvement is progress and sometimes your weight loss path is like a zig zag chart. As long as you end up trending down on weight you are doing well.
I was very active on spark a few years ago, got almost to my goal weight and found myself back around my original start weight. I'm now down 10 pounds but find it much harder a few years later. I can barely do the weight workout I found fairly easy a few years ago.
My suggestion is keep doing the best you can and celebrate every success. Eventually by eating less and moving more you will lose weight. I read a tip to make a 25% change every 3 months and in a year you will have made a 100% change. Keep improving the quality of the food and liquids you consume. Even a very modest weight loss can greatly improve your health.

Hi Lindy! I, too, have this problem. Right now, my weight is the highest it's been since I joined SP 5 years ago. I have a couple of things I do to get myself back on track. Many times, signing up for an SP challenge gets me going. Sometimes I just go my merry way, eat what I want and suffer the consequences. That usually gets me back on track quickly. When I do start back on my SP routine, I sometimes set little goals instead of telling myself to just jump right in.
As Serena says, having a specific goal is also a great motivator. Let us know how you get on.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” – Aristotle What do you want to be? Practice doing that every day and you’ll eventually be there.

If they don't have dark choclate in heaven, I'm not going!
I have been on that same track until about 2 weeks ago. I even went on nutri system and it just helped me maintain. Somehow I have lost 6 lbs since last Sunday. I went back to the wellness program I went on right when I came on SP . I eat kashi for breakfast and a yogurt and salad for lunch and something very light for dinner. I make sure I eat 3 times a day and that it falls in my ranges. It took a long time to break this cycle. Find something that is very important to support your weight loss goal. Mine is that I have a very unforgiving dress for a dance performance at the end of May.

More and more I'm saying...."I will start again on Monday". I am finding it extremely difficult to lose any weight at all. I have to do everything perfect to see any difference at all. So much harder than when I was younger. I can't do everything perfect every day day after day. One step forward....two steps back....I feel like throwing in the towel.
