Well I made it out of jammies and into fitness clothes. Bad pain day today but I forced myself up and out. My dog Kymber and I logged 5 miles in 75 minutes. I was hoping it would lower my pain level, it didn't but it did raise my mood a little. It is windy and warm (62). I came home and took some pain meds, I have been able to cut way back but I guess there will be days. I will try for anothe hour long walk this evening. Trying to log 10 miles a day and a yoga workout.
