We had pulled pork sandwiches, chinese cabbage salad, baked chicken, and mixed salad. I know that all sounds healthy but we also had (for appetizers)chips and crackers with guacamole and crab dips + carrots and celery. Dessert was over the top. We had a choice of pound cake, coconut cream pies, trifle and other stuff that I can't remember.
I did not prepare dinner (just contributed the crab dip) as we gathered at my niece's house.
