I've done the same thing too!!! Don't be too discouraged! My one goal for today is to stay within my calorie range! I blew it yesterday too! We all played Monopoly for our Friday Night Fun Night game and had ice cream....need I say anymore??? I kinda threw the size thing out the window. BUT I did write down everything I ate, so that's a plus!!!
You are not alone! We've all had days like that; it's just part of life
Here are some things I have learned on my road to healthy living.
Always have some healthy, low-fat snacks on hand. I carry granola bars, dried apricots, roasted almonds (only 24 of them), grapes...
I've attached a couple of Spark People articles that might give you some more good ideas--if you haven't already read them! www.sparkpeople.com/resource/wellnes
Hope this helps!
Keep on Sparkin'!

What do you want to be? Practice doing that every day and you’ll eventually be there.
I feel good! do do do do...
If they don't have dark choclate in heaven, I'm not going!
I thought I was doing so well, eating nothing is not the way to go. I got into the office at 10:45 for an 11:00 meeting that went partly through lunch hour. So I quick ran out to BK to get a salad w/ chicken, but when I returned there was no time to eat it. So it stayed on my desk until after the 1-3 meeting. In the meeting was the delicious aroma of cappucino coffee (like pancakes/syrup) and my stomach was at my back. I was jittery and needed to get away so off I went to Olive Garden. I thought okay I haven't eaten all day, it's after 3PM and I won't eat tonight, so I'll have healthy spaghetti (that's not the noodle they call it) and marinara sauce (no meat) and I had two bowls of salad. No drinks, just coffee and water. NO IDEA how many calories were in that meal. So I like went over by double my caloric goal.
