Thanks for your responses. I'm going to put up discussion threads for each challenge. I think that way we can all track ourselves and support each other.

Looking forward to hearing all about your progress emoticon

When you put the mail in our boxes about the different challenges on the challenge forum it was apparently the push I needed. I had lost my momentum over the last 7 months since surgery and had the motivation but no momentum to get back on track. I joined the 5 lbs by Christmas challenge. Got back into drinking my water challenge. Updated all my personal goals so want to stay at the lower end of my calorie range and burn 1500 calories a week.
Thank you!!
Oh. Funny thing happened this morning after starting the challenges last night. SP awarded me 2 trophies!!

I would like to end this month weighing at least what I did at the beginning of this month...165. Less would be great, fantastic, actually, but I will take a maintain!

If stress could burn fat, I'd be skinny and if chocolate could add brain cells, I'd be a genius!

Hi all,
I'm doing these challenges:
Workout minutes: my goal is 1200 for the month of December
Stay within your calorie range streak: my range is 1200-1550 a day

I'm also in the Twelve Weeks 'til Christmas Challenge (which is in its ninth week) and I recently joined the Lose 8 lbs Between Thanksgiving and Christmas challenge.

Good luck everyone!

Hi!
Here is the place to tell us which challenge(s) you have chosen for this month.

As for me, I'm going with the STAY WITHIN YOUR CALORIE RANGE challenge. Wish me luck!
