I just had to tell someone here, so I'll tell everyone! I'm down a total of 20 pounds. That's since the start of August! I was in such a terrible mood, husband just is an idiot, but this just cheered me up considerably. I must be doing something right even though I had those graham crackers last night. They may sneak up on me later this week.

I am just so happy to be under 170 pounds! The last 5 were really hard for me. I've kept up the exercise 6 days a week though and it has paid off. emoticon emoticon
