A homemade blueberry muffin, sans the sugar (I intended to put it in, I just forgot). Oh, and I was out of blueberries, so used blackberries. It was ... interesting. 225 calories and I can think of a lot of other ways I could have spent it! But every meal, every snack, every moment is a chance to do things better.

If it was easy, everyone would be skinny.

I am drinking a Nutriblast for dinner. 2 cups of baby spinach, 1 tomato, 1/2 c blackberries and a kiwi with 12oz. Of unsweetened almond milk. Yummy. Another up side is since I got my Nutribullet and started using it about 3 weeks ago is that I have felt much better. My fibromyalgia pain is way down, less migraine headaches and more energy. Had a cold for the last week so that has been a downer. Cut way down on my activities to fight the cold. I have also cut gluten out of my diet, way down on sugars and dairy.
