thanks for that encouragement.. I have gone to the gym every day this week and really tried to watch what I ate, but it seems as though the nights are my biggest problem... Since I come home late from work its like my body automatically wants food as soon as I come through the door.. I have tried drinking water, eating jello and fruit and I still grab that 100 snack cake and milk.... any suggestions?

Staying at the same weight is NOT a bad thing. Your body is adjusting to the weight loss. It is nicer when the scale goes down with our efforts but it doesn't always happen. It will though.

I was a little frustrated because I got down to 112 and then I jumped right back up....gggrr...ever since this last surgery back in Aug I havent been able to gain any ground. I just bounce around 112-115 Oh well....I'm keep it off for the most part...now just have to work the body into a frenzy LOL....

Hello and thank you for this Challenge. I told my bf we were going to weigh in on tuesdays and put the piece of paper on the refrigerator. So I had already implemented this idea in our house. I told him that lost weight or not, we were going to do this until we got sick of seeing those numbers not change. Well I saw 289 this morning for the first time in years and couldnt believe it. Even without big effort something happened with this keeping track. I wish you all success. Today was a real eye-opening day for me and very hard to accept. I went to a plastic surgeon about a Breast Lift/Augmentation and he referred me to a bariatric surgeon and said there is no way he would do surgery on me as it was too dangerous and any surgery should not be attempted as I would require too much anesthesia and that I might not ever wake from the surgery. Wow what a kick in the teeth! He measured my whole body in front of a nurse and my loving boyfriend that I had asked to accompany me. I guess i have become accustomed to being bigger and did not fully realize how serious and limiting my extra weight has become. I never thought I had let my weight inhibit me from living my life as I wanted to. But now, I have to truly face the situation. Thank God for Sparkpeople waiting patiently in the wings for my return after a year. Thanks to all who continue to make SparkPeople a haven and answer to all who walk through these pages. LOIS820 - Click on Edit on your sparkpage and scroll to the bottom. There you will find the weight ticker. Some make a ticker showing their current weight and goal weight, others you may find they make a ticker for how much weight they want to lose.

I stayed on track this weekend.

I had a bad day on Sunday. Ate way to much!!! I was really bummed afterwards. Weekends are the hardest for me.
