My current weight is 137. I'm really proud of this number because it's about 20 lbs lower than what I weighed 3 months ago. I really struggled during my first year of law school with my eating habits and workouts (I would go through phases of intensely working out and then not do anything for a couple weeks). I've made it a point to get back on spark and track everything. I'm getting a smartphone soon so I'm hoping that using the SP mobile app will help me to keep tracking even if I'm busy w/ school.
My workouts have mostly been cardio based but I'm definitely going to incorporate strength training! I feel so much better when I'm stronger AND losing lbs.
My goal weight is around 125 but I want to maintain between 120 and 125 comfortably. I can't remember the last time I was that small (maybe middle school?!?) but for my height, I think that's my "happy weight."
