My current weight is 137. I'm really proud of this number because it's about 20 lbs lower than what I weighed 3 months ago. I really struggled during my first year of law school with my eating habits and workouts (I would go through phases of intensely working out and then not do anything for a couple weeks). I've made it a point to get back on spark and track everything. I'm getting a smartphone soon so I'm hoping that using the SP mobile app will help me to keep tracking even if I'm busy w/ school.

My workouts have mostly been cardio based but I'm definitely going to incorporate strength training! I feel so much better when I'm stronger AND losing lbs.

My goal weight is around 125 but I want to maintain between 120 and 125 comfortably. I can't remember the last time I was that small (maybe middle school?!?) but for my height, I think that's my "happy weight."

I understand.i had to go to the emergency room for an asthma attack today. i know i can cotrol it by loosing weight. Being over weight don't help your respiratory system at all. so i am on board to with stopping my crazy food choices.

My weight hasn't moved, but I'm still eating too many calories while I'm at my desk. (Threw out all the snacks in my desk...gotta stop being ridiculous!) My legs have gotten stronger (don't feel like pausing mid-way up the stairs), so I'll take that little victory! emoticon

my weight is a roller coster. however i have noticed my arms are toning. i can see definition in my arms.

co ngrats way to go. i am still struggling with food. exercise is on point. I have lost a pants size. so iam excited.I started back journalling. going to store today to look for cell phone i canmdown load sparks and ww. i think the closer i have what ia mbout to put in mouth caloric count in hand. it will help me stop. wish me luck. again congrats on weight loss.

Still have not been able to pull out my Valentine's Day reward. I am .6 away from that first goal weight of 208. I lose another 1.1 pounds this week! emoticon

Down to 208.6!

congrats on your goal. i am back on track. eating sucks. But it omproving.I have been working out with trainer. I aslo wen to water aerobics today. My goal is to be twenty five pounds lighter by summer. I know its an reacheable goal if i stay focus.

Getting closer to my first goal weight. I already bought my reward, but, I hid it from myself until I reach that goal (I should have told someone where I hid it.). It's not anything to eat, even though Dark Chocolate is all about a healthy emoticon . I did stay under $20, so I hope and pray I get to pull it out 2/12 and not the weekend after.

2.7 pounds and I have until 2/14/11 to lose it. Any tips?

i gained weight last month. felt down but realised it was my fault not watching what i ate can get you every time. reasess. Now writing down everything i eat and making better choices.

I have lowered my weight. January 1st 218, February 1st 212!

I also lost 7.5 inches this month. Watch out emoticon healthy month. I am going to focus on cardio this month!
