I went to the Dietician, and basically she told me I'm doing everything right.
She said I should watch my sugars more closely and not eat as much fruit as I have been. Also to stick to good oils and not use any butter, except occasionally.
According to her the med's I take hamper my success with losing weight, and since my thyroid is bad, the med's I take for it keep me from losing weight.
So from now on I am going to stop sweeting the small stuff, and just keep eating healthy. I am done beating myself up because I can't reach a certain weight.
