I am still here on SP! I am still going strong on exercise & eating healthier.

Some days are better than others when it comes to my arthritis! I like riding my bike back & forth to work, but some days my knees just won't let me, so I either have to walk or take a cab, because I can't not go to work!

So far I am down 3 pounds! emoticon I just don't weigh myself very often because I don't like getting discouraged, so I will just weigh once a month or so.

Keep up the great work everyone!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
