Thank you. Found the sitting videos. Tried one for about 4 minutes. They will be very good. Even though they are sitting exercises they are very challenging but they didn't hurt me!

Take baby steps with exercise. Do some upper body exercises - every little bit helps. There are some SparkPeople videos where you could perhaps do some exercises while sitting in a chair. I don't think you will hurt yourself if you just take it easy, it's important to keep moving as much as possible. There will be good days and bad days - take advantage of the good days especially.

Hi, I had found SparkPeople about a month ago but it's taken me to this week to figure out how to track my food. I have successfully tracked for 1 week now and actually lost a few pounds. I haven't been able to do any exercising yet since I have challenges with my left foot and my knee right now. Hope to get some weight off first so I don't hurt myself. I'm glad to have found This Team so I could relate!
