Hi, I had found SparkPeople about a month ago but it's taken me to this week to figure out how to track my food. I have successfully tracked for 1 week now and actually lost a few pounds. I haven't been able to do any exercising yet since I have challenges with my left foot and my knee right now. Hope to get some weight off first so I don't hurt myself. I'm glad to have found This Team so I could relate!
