JOINTS - you sound like me.. I am back up to when I started and need to start over as well.. I'm not sure how many kilo I have to lose but it is about 75 lbs... UGH! I'll keep posting on here and my blog and hopefully we can all support each other.

Well,I think I am on the right track now. Today I did a workout at the exercise club this morning. I had to drive right by the club as I was taking a client home so that made me take the time to stop and exercise before going back home. Yea for me! emoticon emoticon

Marybeth, it must be wonderful to have a husband who cooks, but on the other hand I can see the problems too with all that good food being put before you. That would be hard for me to resist too!

Stick to your goals, your new hip when you get it will thankyou for being lighter and stronger!

This sounds like a great idea. I just went to a rehab class this morning in preparation for my hip replacement procedure. So, I am going to commit to doing the exercises daily as they have recommended. I know that my weight is also an issue so I am determined to lose 10 lbs if possible before the end of February. This will be a difficult task for me as my husband does such a wonderful job of cooking, So let's keep ourselves accountable by posting on our achievements/drawbacks. We are here to support each other! emoticon

Hey over the last few weeks lve really been battling ,eating out of whack and lm a bit over 2
kilos heavier than my starting weight and lm going to knock it on the head before l gain more
lm going to journal my daily diet and exercise by blog to keep me honest and help me drop the 60 kilos of excess lve been carrying around for far to long , just like that little bloke on my
Sparkpage is facing a big task , he knows can do and so do l , lm facing a task that seems
impossible , but l can do it and will , lets go team your all winners and can do it together as a team .
