I was wanting to pick up some exercise dvds for those days that I can't make it to the gym and I'm at a loss because there are soooo many out there. Which ones have you used that have been effective and are there any that you would NOT recommend. I would love to hear your guy's thoughts! :)

T-treat yourself with respect
I-investigate new ideas and foods
O-observe your healthy lifestyle
N-never give up and never give in
-when met I get a new mp3 player
Goal 4-140 GOAL WEIGHT!!!
-when met I start planning a cruise!
