I haven't done any vidoes in awhile, but do you have "on demand" where you are? Our cable company is Verizon and they have workout stuff "on demand". It's free and you can try different things. See if your company offers that or maybe your library. I know ours has workout videos, so you can try different ones before you invest ! I'll let you know if I try anything good !

I really like Turbo Jam's Rockin 5. It's fun, gets you move, and is pretty easy to follow.


M-make short term goals
O-out with the negative thoughts
T-think of why you want it
I-imagine how you will feel
V-visualize the future you
A-acknowledge your successes
T-treat yourself with respect
I-investigate new ideas and foods
O-observe your healthy lifestyle
N-never give up and never give in

Goal 1-170
Goal 2-160
-when met I get a new mp3 player
Goal 3-150
Goal 4-140 GOAL WEIGHT!!!
-when met I start planning a cruise!

Hi Team,

I was wanting to pick up some exercise dvds for those days that I can't make it to the gym and I'm at a loss because there are soooo many out there. Which ones have you used that have been effective and are there any that you would NOT recommend. I would love to hear your guy's thoughts! :)
