At one point in 1997, I was down to 197 pounds. I'll admit I looked like I was at death's door. It was a fast loss of 70+ pounds and not a healthy way to get there. For now, I would like to get around 225 with much more muscle.
Utterly define your healthy? What is your ideal "GOAL"? Is it a certain number of lbs? Is it a pair of pants/jeans or shirt you want to wear? Do you want to be able to complete a physical activity? Is it health related? Is it self esteem related? To feel better naked ? To be a role model for others? For a loved one?
