Diagnosed with tennis elbow, so did simple twist for 30 seconds each side, adding up to one minute. I will be favoring my elbow for a while as I do physical therapy.

hi, i'm just now getting back into spark. and wanted to add more yoga poses to my routine. but i can't locate the pose of the day.
can someone tell me where to look or click on? having the same trouble with 'five minute challenge'
just want to get active in SP and start a good routine towards a healthier, smaller me! :)

You can do some yoga poses, but I wouldn't do the daily pose unless it doesn't involve your leg. Check out the yoga websites that show poses, and choose one for your "one minute yoga" pose that doesn't involve your leg,

I am experiencing a similar problem. I hurt my elbow playing golf, and I am trying to rest it. That's easier said than done!

I have a question, please.

I am brand new to yoga. Three days ago, while mowing my lawn, I severely twisted / sprained my ankle. Would you suggest that I wait to begin doing yoga until after my ankle has healed, or should I plow through and do the yoga now?

I'm specifically thinking of the daily yoga poses that are posted in here. I'm excited to begin; but I don't want to exacerbate the injury.

A bit more background: My ankle is still tender and I'm still walking with a limp; but it (ankle) has improved drastically from when I injured it.
