Today I will get 8 glasses of water, 30 minutes of strength and 30 minutes of cardio.

So far I am on track with my calories.

I got my 8 glasses of water yesterday...and 3 glasses of Guinness. No exercise yesterday, as I was going to go bowling last night, but stayed at the going away party way too long.

Tonight I have some mall walking planned, as my daughter needs me to exchange something for her. It's 3 levels, so I will go around each level once. I've gotten 5 glasses of water in so far...3 more to go!!

As for push ups...I'm doing wall pushups right now, but I am at least able to do 26 of them now!

STILL working on that stupid report.... grrrrr......

I only got 6 glasses of water in last night and didn't get in my strength training. However, I did run up and down the stairs several times chasing down phones, mail, papers, etc. Counts in my book!

As I am taking tomorrow and Friday off of work, I NEED to get my reports done today, which shouldn't be too hard. Then I'll get on the treadmill tonight.

Goals for today: reports, water, treadmill, stay below nutritional limits.

I didn't track my dinner last night, but we ground up fresh chicken breasts and made chicken burgers. I had a salad as my side - no potatoes cuz I think I had enough with Sonic! And then a small box of chocolates my SIL sent up while catching up on Game of Thrones. Oops. But I hit the treadmill yesterday, so I'm not beating myself up over it.

Today, my goal is to finish the report I didn't last night (who knew getting a half-month's worth of expense reports together would take two hours?!) and get another one out the door. Then I will do some stregnth training, even if it means the wussy knees-down push ups that the Navy would have kicked me into next week for doing. I'll get back up to military-grade push ups soon, I promise!

I will also drink my eight glasses of water today.

Drank my 8 glasses of water, and got in 110 fitness minutes yesterday. Woot!

Amy, I totally blew my upper numbers yesterday. We had Wendy's for dinner last night because it was so late by the time we got to eat. One medium meal was twice my meal limit!!! At least I was honest enough to track it, so that's got to count for something, right?

Today I am going for the water again, and more fitness minutes....this time I am aiming for 15 minutes minimum.

Today's goal is to finish my report tonight (ha!) and stay under my upper limits. Which will be interesting because I had Sonic for lunch... :/

But I did get on the treadmill this morning!
