Logging in my food in take, reading peoples blogs and having people comment on my blogs keeps me enthusiastic about my life style change even after almost 6 months of doing this.

The one thing that I find just amazing about SP is logging my food intake! It holds you accountable for what you are putting in your mouth! And that is something I needed! I also have a good friend of mine on here with me and we are kicking each others buts to get in gear! I am here for all of you as well if you need some one to make sure you stay in gear! I just got back on this October and I am so thankful! I am going full force this time.. not quiting! Add me as a friend and we can all keep each other in check! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

What, on Spark People, do you feel is helping you succeed with your weight loss or other goals?
For me, it is recording my food in take, getting involved with weight loss challenges and reading how others are succeeding. It gives me hope that I can do tis too.
