Hi all :)
Overall, I'm proud of the fact that I've stayed committed to being involved here on SP. I try to log in on a regular basis, track food, and read the emails I've subscribed to. My goal for this next year is to turn it up a notch and be more committed to fitness. I have 3 pounds left to reach my first 10% lost goal, and I'm still plugging away at my C25K program.
Two new things:
I just started tracking fiber intake the day before Michelle sent out her email :)
I joined the SparkPeople Official 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Program group.
I may not pop up in a lot of forum discussions or blogs, but I'm here if anyone needs a Buddy :)
