Thank you for the ideas. I like the idea of chasing the kids around.
I have 2 kids too and know how hard it can be to find time, especially with a child under a year. If you can't find time before they wake up (and if you need the sleep!) try doing an activity that involves them. Will the baby sit on a blanket or in a bouncy chair and watch while you teach your kids to play tag? There are about a zillion variations on the game. And there are probably other games you can play, I've gotten lots of good ideas from family websites.
You could try wearing a pedometer and see how many steps you end up taking during the day. With chasing around kids and housework, you probably get more exercise than you realize.
I have two kids (ages 6 and 2) so I totally understand. I have been exercising using the Wii in the morning before the kids get up (6 am - ugh!). Right now, I am working through a 30 day challenge on Wii EA Sports Active. This challenge has you working out 2 days and then resting for a day, so on my rest day I am going to do Wii Fit.
It is definitely difficult to fit in exercise with kids...especially young kids!

I have 4 kiddos, so traditional exercising is not always an option. Any suggestions? Like today I mowed the lawn and did some spring cleaning. Man did I work up a sweat doing the lawn work. I need ideas that are something doable with a 4 year old, twin 2 year olds and a 7 month old. Thanks.
