I'm still in and doing well.
I have lost 85 lbs since Jan and most of that since joining SP in March. I have just about 15 lbs left to go.
I am now running - scheduled to run a 5K on Thanksgiving - but I run 5 miles each day on the weekend now. I take a 2 min walk every 8-10 minutes along the way. The longest I have gone at at stretch is 7 miles! So I can say my fitness is much improved.
Plus this summer I was able to comfortably fit in an airline seat. And I started shopping at regular stores!
