I'm still here. I stopped for a long time, gained a little bit of weight, and now I've lost 9 pounds to be back where I was when I first started this. But I have a totally different mindset now, and feel much more confident in myself!
I'm still in, still trying to reach my dream goal of 123 lbs. despite some hiccups along the way. Congrats to everyone who has lost weight, maintained, or simply hung in there. Change takes time, patience, and endurance. (I've lost 123 lbs. since my highest weight of 296 lbs. 50 more to go!)

I'm still in and doing well. I have lost 85 lbs since Jan and most of that since joining SP in March. I have just about 15 lbs left to go. I am now running - scheduled to run a 5K on Thanksgiving - but I run 5 miles each day on the weekend now. I take a 2 min walk every 8-10 minutes along the way. The longest I have gone at at stretch is 7 miles! So I can say my fitness is much improved. Plus this summer I was able to comfortably fit in an airline seat. And I started shopping at regular stores!

I am down about 21 pounds and I am at my goal weight-but I joined to help my spouse who is doing great herself so I did not have as far to go for my goal. I have run my first 5K in July and another one this morning. I believe this is a lifestyle change, not a diet so I am going to keep on tracking my nutrition and fitness. I believe that this is the key to sticking with a healthy lifestyle and stopping the yoyo diet and gain cycles from repeating again and again!

We've been at this since March. I am doing well with tracking my food and eating well. I enjoy following the blogs of about 35 friends. I enjoy the daily spark emails. I use the recipes. My fitness is only fair.... I am down 30 pounds from my all time high, and 16 pounds since joining SP. How about you?
