Everything you've written here applies to me too - having lost around 40 pounds I seem to be stuck - though i also dropped a dress size after I stopped losing weight...
Good on you for keeping it up! I know how hard it is when nothing seems to be happening... emoticon

WOW it's our two year anniversary coming up! It can't believe its been that long! I'm still not at my goal of 140 but I'm slowly moving forward, not backwards or stuck, just slow. I don't know how people can drop 80 or more pounds in a year. I just can't limit my calories that low and stick with it. I'm just trekking along, getting in my walking of 4 to 6 miles every other day.
I really think my body was messed up from YEARS of yo-yo dieting, and really BAD dieting.

I've lost 40 pounds so far, but my clothing sizes are what I used to wear 50 pounds lighter so it really goes to show how important regular exercise is to shape your body. I'm having size issues, its hard for me to grab the right size for my body, I keep grabbing big sizes because the smaller ones just look to small. I'm also seeing a HUGE variance in the brands of clothing size wise. Its really annoying!

I'm happy to see others from our class still blogging and going strong. I wish the class membership could be accurate to who is actually using SP, we know there is not 19 thousand of our class still active here!
