Mickey max try doing the chair exercises just don't do the feet part. I think you will find at least you will be able to do 2 10 min workouts a day that way and it helps. I know because I had Gout and did that. with my proper diet I even lost one lb. that week. Any way hope I have helped.
Weekdays - weekends get swallowed up by errand running/cleaning and company. I consider cleaning my exercise on the weekend

i am definitely a morning person - but lately i also just try to get some thing in some time. i find getting out and walking at the mall is more interesting - but as soon as the nicer weather happens - i will get out in my neighborhood. BB
For some reason, it seems harder to get out on weekends. On the weekdays that I workout, I get home from work, change clothes and pretty much go right back out, so there's not time to stop and get comfortable. On weekends, I have to make myself get up off the couch and go. Here lately, though, I'm managing at least Saturday or Sunday. As long as I get in one of those days, I'm happy.

I do better opn the weekdays when the kids and Hubby are gone! but I try to fit in something on the weekends or do an activity with the kids!
