Wow! It is hard to believe. My Dad died two years ago today and that seems unreal also.

Well Spark helped me start going to the gym and eating healthier...but I got pregnant and lost the baby and didn't really keep up with anything healthy. Now I am pregnant and due in March! I have gained a ton of weight and I can't wait to start SparkPeople again once my baby girl gets here.

Since joining spark I have become an avid label reader. Reading labels really affects my purchases. When an item is full of sugar, salt I tend to put it down. I also look for the first item on the package if it is salt or sugar I can do with out it. Reading labels is now a lifetime habit for me thanks to Spark.

It will be 3 Spark Years for me this February. I have taken a hiatus here and there, but no more than a couple of months at a time. I return because Spark is the best place for me to be. It has truly changed the way I view weight and health. I am forever committed to make living healthier a major goal in my life. Happy Anniversary, all!

I am involved with a team that is all people in my age group and we have a great team leader who gives us periodic challenges and goals appropriate to the age and ability of the group. I have been through a back surgery and a total knee replacement in the two years since joining sparkpeople and haven't lost a whole lot of weight, but have gotten involved in my local hospital's fitness center and do feel like I have improved my health.
Happy Anniverserary to all

When things were not going the way I wanted them to, my Mother used to always say "this too will pass" and she was always right. These excess pounds will pass too if we believe.

OH I love my anniversary as well. It is just a reminder to me of all that has been accomplished over the now 3 yrs. I've been sparking! Seems impossible. Anywho, it's a time definitely to look @ the past journey, see where I'm at and definitely, plan for the future. Sparking will ALWAYS be part of my life's journey! Absolutely.

Anniversary is just around the corner. I always get excited around this time. You'd think I was going to get a box of chocolates, flowers and balloons for my spark anniversary.
Are you prepared for your anniversary this year? why/Why not?

I am still hanging in at SP. Just ordered the SP cookbook and hope it gives me a nudge in the right direction. I am less than when I started but still got a lot to loose. Life is better with SP.

Wow . . . it will be 2 yrs. on the 9th. I have made it a point to spark each and every single day (there were a few days I had to miss due to family circumstances, but got right back to it!)
Staying connected with team members is what has been the "glue" helping me stick to sparking!
