Here we are on year 3. We are in one week on this new journey.
Perhaps it would be good to post our successes week by week, no matter how small.
Today I made homemade muffins (mini), and ate a few for breakfast, then gave the rest away! I also gave away the brownies I made without eating any.
I walked about a mile today.
I am staying positive.
I am determined to make this happen this time.
I can't wait for the day that my scale is in Onederland again!
