Okay until I think of what I'm going to be doing for the month I'm going to do the wall push-uos! So here I go and I did 31 of them ! I'm thinking that my goal for June will be Doing Dumbbell bicepts & Tricept bends. I want to be able to do 50 by the end of June of each !
