That is the way to keep things moving. I just couldn't seem to do those 10,000 steps on top of the miles that I walk in the house and taking care of the pups. so I started out with something that I knew that I could do. I started at 2,500 and slowly it has gone up to a daily extra steps of 3500+ one day it will show that I'm doing the 10,000 I just couldn't push that also ! Let us know how it goes for you. Great Job Everyone!!

I've met my goal so far. I've been doing Zumba 3 x this week, P90x Ab Ripper 3x and walking every day at work. I've lost my walking partner so I decided to start walking at a near by shopping mall. It's been so much fun! I also enjoy looking at all the summer clothes. Oh by the way I lost 7 lbs this week.

Thanks On sunday I will set the ticker again I just don't know if I'm going to set it for the first 10% goal that I set back on Feb. 17th, it is only 3.5#'s away. But to get this rush feeling that I'm really working in the right direction maybe I should do just that set the ticker for that make. For the next goal is the one that I set on April 1st to lose another 25#'s with another challenge that I'm doing. I didn't know that I'd feel this good seeing that ticker all the way over to the right where I had lost all the planned weight! Oh well, I'm here for another reason.

I have done another 10 mins of wall push-ups and I did 23! Good for me! Maybe the next inches lost will be from my arms !

Here I am again! 10min. 20wall push-ups ! Few that is done for the day ! And except for the raking of that one last area in the garden I will be done with all of my fitness activities! With the 4 pups today, I had to get help with the pups walk for 30min. 1mile ! Even the 2 new dogs where able to keep the pace with us! That was nice! Hope that you are having a great day today and that you to will be able to met your personal goals!

I have been logging the food and fitness since the beginning. It really is great for when you come up against the wall you have a place to turn to that will give you many answers.
Sound like you have a plan also. You can do what you set your mind to do. I like the fact that around the house I have little reminders of what i"m trying to do ! Still have to make my vision Board. Wishing you the successes that your heart is dreaming of !

@ KAYWEB555 - brave women! sounds like you have a plan. I would like to lose 10 pounds this month. I started doing Zumba 3 times a week and a little of fitness training. I also plan to start walking everyday at work again at least 1 mile to start with. Oh, I also plan to log nutrition daily - that might be the hard one.

I'm working on doing wall push-ups I started on May 1 and will go until May 31.
I started at 10 and want to work up to 31 by May 31!
1-8 I did 10
9-10 I'm up to 20 Will have to add those other 11 slowly over these next couple of weeks !
