well? Did you get on the treadmill? sometimes the best thing is to just do something even if it's not your Plan A.
I have my cardio goals for the week, but i also have a pedometer. Sometimes i have to skip a day for running because life... is life: up with sick kids, project due at work, etc. but i can look at my pedometer and see that i'm at least getting my goal for steps. i might not do my 3 mile run for that day, but i can do some extra walking during the day and still get my 10,000 steps.
not every day and not every week will be strong jumps forward in our goals. Nevertheless, we should recognize what an acheivement NOT FALLING BACKWARDS really is.
get through the tough day and start back up again the next.
