do 1 pullup without cheating... just 1 and I'll be happy!!!

I was disappointed Spark doesn't list sex in the list of cardio activities. Teehee. No one should be embarrassed about sex. It's healthy and natural. Some would disagree but that's my opinion. Safe sex is good sex! I want to lose weight to look good naked and travel to Europe and go topless on the beach.

Hi clearstoryglass, never ever apologize for wanting great sex as long as love is part of the equation. There is nothing as stress relieving as sex and being held and hugged and cuddled. Love it, do it, as often as you can and your inner self will gain so much becuase you will feel love and love others in return. Fat, skinny, tall, short, don't matter it all fits together as long as love is there.
I'd like to get back into hiking all the 4000 footer mountains in NH (I've done about 15, there are 48 total). I want to gain enough confidence to be able to put myself out there as an artist/craftsperson. I'd love to take a trip or two, maybe one with my daughter, and one with just my husband and I! And I feel a little uncomfortable saying this, but I would love to be confident enough to have some really, really great sex.
It's kind of like a bucket list without the dismal ending! I would like to: Take my kids to see all of the nooks and cranies of the US, Go to Mexico with my husband and strut my stuff in a bikini again!, do adventurous things (like the aforementioned whitewater rafting, parasailing, and mountain hike), Run a race (any length) and not feel like it's a chore but something fun. Those are a few. If I can do a couple of them I will be in a very happy place! Good luck all!

Run a half marathon. Remarry with a purple ribbon in my hat. Spend a summer in Assisi, Italy Parachute from a plane. Ride a mule to the bottom of the grand canyon. Wear the dress I bought when I was 15 one more time.
