Gained one of the 2lbs I lost last wk back. GRRR!!! Just got an eliptical for early V-day present. Now I can atually workout without my kids climbing on me. Going to be working extra hard this wk to make up for my 1lb gain.

OK, I know that It is middle of the month of Jan...But..I am starting a 10lb challenge today!! Anyone want to jump in..I will lose 10 lbs by March 1. So doable. If you see it you can achieve it.. emoticon

Thats alot of weight to loose while getting through the hoildays. I can't loose any more as my Dr. says I'm small enough so my goal through the holidays is just maintaining the weight I'm at. Been sick for three weeks and am just getting to feel more like myself today so for the first time in all that time I used my treadmill today for an hour. No incline or running but a nice 3.8mph walk. All of you who take on this challange GOOD LUCK
