Hi all, haven't been in the past 1 1/2 weeks. Been really sick with a viral thing in my throat so no work outs at all unless you count trips to the loo and coughing fits every 30 minutes or so. hopefully will be up some light work outs by the first of the week. Keep on team and thanys for the hoorable mention. Hope everyone had a nice holiday.
Great job last week! Lets keep the momentum up. This week I want you to keep tracking your fitness minutes and add tracking your water intake.
