nice mild sunny day outside so decided to take a walk outside, walked a bit over 2.75 miles in 45 minutes. Have a great day.

today I got in 30 minutes on the treadmill then a light weight total body work out of 30 minutes then a 10 minute stretch for a total of 70 minutes fitness time today. emoticon emoticon .Have a great day

today I did a 60 minute low impact arobics class. emoticon I bought a beginners yoga cd and plan on trying it over the next few days while I'm a hunting widow, i don't drive so unless its great weather when I'm alone I do my work outs at home on the treadmill and in front of the tube.

Yes! We are so glad to have you! So to play along you track your fitness minutes everyday on the tracker on the bottom of our team goals where it says "500 min. a month" then on the right hand side click track and voila! Good luck, I will be awarding special goodies to the top trackers! Remember to include all activities on your fitness tracker not just boot camp videos! Have fun! emoticon
