Don't know how long you have been fighting the weight but I do know that slow and easy wins the race. I have been if a fight with the scale most of my adult life, first it was birth controll pills that seemed to pile on the pounds, and for ten years I battled that extra weight. then when menapause intered the picture it was a real battle. Now I find as long as I move every day, jornal my meals and my w/o's I can stay with in a pound or two of my Dr's idea of my perfect weight. A battle with breast cancer didn't help either. But as I said at the start of this long winded post, slow and easy, it didn't get there over night and there isn't any magic bullet, its work to get it off. Good luck.

You have lost more than 40 pounds!!! The weight will come off....maybe slow and steady...but it will come off....don't give up...stay with it.

What else are you doing??? Are you following the guidelines on SP???? Have you set up daily meal plan - either on SP or another plan you are following? Are you tracking everything you eat --

W/W has an expression that you track every "BLT" == every Bite, Lick & Taste..

It is so Hard to lose Lbs but so easy to gain them.. I see success stories why I知 I not one of them????? I do exercise y eat healthy. I have a desk Job do you think that hurts my chances of reaching my weight loss goals?? Can anybody relate.

i really could use a push so wont give up. emoticon
