Hey everyone!! I need to lose quite a bit of weight and have been doing so by doing LOTS of high intensity cardio almost daily. I want to lose the fat so my muscle will show... so I haven't really been doing weight lifting. I've noticed when I gain muscle bulk, it pushes out my fat and makes me look larger. I figured when I lose more fat on top I will up my weight lifting. However, have any of you noticed that there is DEFINITELY a difference/lose faster/body becomes more fit quicker when doing both simultaneously? Thanksss!!
