I would really like the boot camp format! I have been following the old one as part of my exercise plan. I am working on improvement as these are areas I really have difficulty with, and was planning to continue these or like structured exercises which fit my day well. Fit Firm and Fired up is along these lines and I was going to incorporate those and like exercises. Now, for the sake of brevity, if there is another bootcamp, I would love to be a part of it.
