Today I did a hip hop dance workout that was totally killer. I had the serious burn going on but it was so fun. Then when I got done with that I did Billy Blanks Jr. Cardioke (dancing and singing) ~ again tons of fun. Did a weigh in this morning and lost 3 pounds ~ FINALLY ~ some progress!!

I am being pretty consistant in my workouts. I am doing 1 - 2 videos a day and getting about 60 minutes of cardio in each day. I'm watching what I eat and logging it on the nutrition page. Thanks for checking up on us and thanks to the workouts you post for us to do! Hope you are doing well and making progress towards your goals everyone!
