During the 30 day contest period of this bootcamp team, Coach Denise would post a bonus challenge every day, and it could be tracked on the team goals. Now team members may post their own daily challenges, and you can track those if you want to.

In quite a few of the groups there is a challenge posted every day - or one that continues for the entire week but is to be posted every day.
For example - here a lot of times one of the daily challenges is to do an extra 60 minutes of exercise.

I just joined this team and was looking at joining some of the goals. I am intrigued by the goal "do a daily challenge- 1 time per day". What is a daily challenge and where do I find out about them? Just curious!
