remember the triangle-- nutrition, cardio and strength training. I forever have done nutrition and cardio and once I added strength training I've started to see more positive changes. Of course, I have more to go, but I have figured it out!
I've been going relatively faithfully to a local boot camp for almost a year, and am now seeing the results. I can ski again; I recently tried surfing on a holiday, and most importantly, I don't hurt as much when I do ordinary tasks. So, those of you who are tempted to quit - DON'T! Boot camp has helped my overall fitness more than any activity I've tried.
