Have done a good job of keeping up all week with videos and cardio, only have done the bonus once this week but I am planing on doing the bonus today. Hope everyone's week will end on a positive note!

Thanks so much..I find myself on track when I have task to accomplish daily... did workout and bonus along w/30 mins of shoveling slush snow(very heavy) and I did leslie walk 1 mile :) feeling great today!

Sunday Feb 28th: Choose your cardio. Start your interval training. Four minutes of moderate rate and then 1 minute as hard as you can go. Also 4 sets of 30-50 jumping jacks. Space them out during your day. You can do it.
