Thanks so much..I find myself on track when I have task to accomplish daily... did workout and bonus along w/30 mins of shoveling slush snow(very heavy) and I did leslie walk 1 mile :) feeling great today!
Sunday Feb 28th: Choose your cardio. Start your interval training. Four minutes of moderate rate and then 1 minute as hard as you can go. Also 4 sets of 30-50 jumping jacks. Space them out during your day. You can do it.
Sat March 6: 30 mins cardio of your choice, don't forget to start your interval training 4 mins at moderate then 1 as fast as you can go. If you cannot do any of these workouts you can always choose another workout or modify the listed ones. I wanted to start out really hard this month so let's jump right in and feel the burn.
