Hi Spark Team,
I joined at the end of January so I am just getting the hang of the great information that you provide to me.
I seem to be on a holding pattern. I exercise 1 hour per day and three days a week I add an hour of bicycling to the hour of walking. I don't gain, but I'm not losing.
This month if my first effort of eating vegetarian and I am hoping that this will knock me off this holding pattern into a losing pattern .
Looking forward to trying all of your great sounding recipes.
