I've spent over a year in a 'holding pattern'. It can be so frustrating! But don't give up on you! The pounds will have to give in sometime & go away - mine finally are. Keep doing what you are doing - it seems healthy. Have you tried the videos here on the site? Maybe mixing things up will help push your metabolism in the right direction. Lorraine

Hi Spark Team, I joined at the end of January so I am just getting the hang of the great information that you provide to me. I seem to be on a holding pattern. I exercise 1 hour per day and three days a week I add an hour of bicycling to the hour of walking. I don't gain, but I'm not losing. This month if my first effort of eating vegetarian and I am hoping that this will knock me off this holding pattern into a losing pattern . Looking forward to trying all of your great sounding recipes. Virginia
