I really enjoyed January boot camp, and plan to continue it, also. (Should I download them to make sure I can get to them?) I just restarted Sparkpeople in the middle of January, and read about it, and it sounded fun, but it took me almost a week to go out and buy myself a ball, so I'm still new at it, but it helped me so much.
1. I used it one night when I was craving dessert, and when I was done I didn't have the craving, and felt great. I feel so empowered by knowing this trick!
2. It really helped me deal with my all or nothing thinking. I tend to think if I don't kill myself in a workout, it's worthless, and so I've put this huge barrier up for strength training, this is just the start I need. They feel great, and I'm adding little bits here and there, but I can already feel the benefits of adding this refreshing, doable workout everyday, and I really want to keep doing it.
3. My fourteen year old son loves my exercise ball, and plays on it, and I teach him some of the moves and we laugh and laugh.
