I loved doing all the workouts....well,hoping over that line cardio) is still a hard one.

Thanks, Coach Denise. This was my first bootcamp. It was a tremendous help. I lost 10 pounds following the bootcamp videos, tracking my food, and being encouraged by all the spark-ers!

I just thought I'd drop in and send a thank you to Coach Denise for the bootcamp plan and added challenges. I'm ready to start making some of own plans for the next 28 days but have a better foundation for moving forward!
