Finished all 28 days and did not miss a single day. I can't believe how much exercise I was able to do and not bail out on it. Still have trouble with a number of the moves Nichole does, but am definitely better now.
The scale & tape measure show the results and I am motivated to keep going for another 28 days.

Congratulations to all of us! Yea! we did it. I feel great and proud I completed all 28 days didn't miss any. I know I lost inches, perhaps not as much weight as I hoped for however, will continue. This was a great starter.

Congrats to all who completed the 28. I loved it, every night between chapters I got down on my mat or took out the ball and weights. It was like having a friend join me every night. First time I have done exercises like this 28 days in a row. Looking forward to continuing, how about you?

Today's challenge is done along with 30,000 Steps. I too am sad this part is over it was a great challenge. The days that I was sick I made up the challenges on the days I felt better. Lost weight and inches. So happy and proud that I did this and staid strong through out. So proud of all of you for your great work.

Yea - 28 days in a row. I feel fabulous. Didn't see much change on the scale but I did loose inches. Got myself in the habit of doing little fast breaks of exercise throughout the day too! Love it! Congratulations to all of us!!

Great on 28 days of working out!! Just so you know N PA at 10:30AM is 1 degree farenhiet. I have taken the dog for a 20 minute walk today.

well, made it the full 28 days!! it's been fun!! can't believe I worked out 28 days in a row!! and gonna keep going w/ something!! anxious to do measurements tomorrow! haven't seen a huge difference in the scale but hoping for something there... if anything, i definitely feel better and WILL keep going!! thx for all the support, team! off to move my mom in the freezing cold!! i live in N TX!! not supposed to be this cold!! lol
