I originally joined this team months ago. However, at the time I was so dizzy I was unable to complete any of the exercises much to my dismay. I have continued to use the format in my exercise routine as I am attempting to expand from solely cardio, to working other areas of my body, I am learning stretching, strength training, core work and many other things. I haven't been well this year, and have been recovering from injuries, so I continue at a slower pace. I am trying to rebuild my stamina again. I have completed one bootcamp, and have been using Fit, Firm and Fired Up, in addtion to other Spark exercises. I am now coming back for another week of this challenge-hope I can make it through this time. emoticon

I did two videos today, one of them 2x. I rode the bike for 11 miles, did 100 push ups and working on the QFC.

I only did 2 videos today. I had trouble getting them to play. I finally quit trying and got on my treadmill. I did 30 minutes on that and 60 minutes on the wii tennis. I plan to do 30 more minutes on the treadmill and 60 more on the wii tennis and some sweating to the oldies. (gospel oldies that is)

I did 4 videos today, 45 mintes dancing and 60 min. tennis left handed on the wii and 60 min. right handed. Great to be here today.

I had a more relaxing day today than yesterday! I didn't go anywhere all day!!! I love home! I did 2 videos this morning, a bit of strength training, 33 minutes on the bike 100 push ups and the QFC. I thought I might take a walk tonight, but the mosquitoes are thick and I don't desire to be their dinner! emoticon emoticon

Oops! guess I already posted here once today . . . so I didn't go for the walk tonight! LOL!

Hey Girl - There you are! You have been MIA!!! Hope you had a wonderful weekend . . . and today is Hump Day! It's all downhill from here to the weekend!

I did the 2 bootcamp videos, one for arms and one for legs. I rode the bike for 33 minutes and did 100 pushups. I am working on the QFC. It is hot and humid here today! I hoping to take a walk later . . . but emoticon

It was a busy day for me. I did 2 videos this morning, some strength training, and then did 10 miles on the bike.

After that, it was grocery shopping, vet appt. and Dr. appt for me also. I'm ready to catch up on my Sparks and my trackers and then head off to bed! emoticon

Hello all, I am back and ready to get going again. I did 3 videos this morning, 45 minutes fast dancing to the oldies while playing the wii tennis game. I did some mopping and heavy cleaning also. I had a pretty good day. How was your 4th?
I had a good one with my church family. I ate too much though so I have got to work harder this week.lol.

I did a 2 mile walk this morning and 2 bootcamp video, ones that didn't involve weights. (didn't think I could hold them!) Did 100 push ups and QFC.

My day began good. I had a good workout this morning. Two bootcamp videos, 2.5 mile walk, 30 minutes on bike, and 80 minutes in the garden. Then, I cut my finger while making lunch, ended up at urgent care. Exercise will probably be down for a few days!

How was the weight today? I ran yesterday a.m. and then did 2 bootcamp videos and the QFC.

Today I walked 1.5 miles, rode the bike for 30 minutes, did 2 bootcamp videos and the QFC. I have been hungry lately, catching myself grazing! emoticon hopefully, I can get back on track tomorrow! I've been looking for chocolate and crunchy/salty! Neither are good things! LOL!

i thought i had finally lost weight but last time i weighed myself it said i had gained but i had eaten at a resturant that day and people said it could have been the sodium i hope so i will find out tommorrow

I am on a couple of different challenge teams and they are keeping me moving. I just can't seem to get beyond the hump I am on in my weigth. The only area that I really have keep in a healthy level is sleep. I only get about 5 - 6 hours a night, a bit below what sparks says is healthy.

Today I toned it down a bit. I did two bootcamp videos, and ran 4 miles. I'm working on the QFC.

Hello! I'm still here! Since I was out of town on Monday and Tuesday, the week has been out of sink. I have exercised every day, logging between 60 and 100 minutes usually. Today, I walked 2.5 miles, did strength training, 1 bootcamp video, and rode the bike for 25 minutes. I will try to do a better job at posting! You are not alone! LOL!

I've been missing in action again! The rain stopped and the wind blew . . . finally things were dry enough to get out and PULL WEEDS!!! I have been working out in the mornings, the usual stuff: a boot camp video or two, strength training and a 30 minute bike ride. Today I took it one step beyond and did a 30 minute run too! Looks like it is just you and me again Bethdiscount! I did my regular work out today. Not doing the 30 day shred for a while. I did finish it, but my knees are a bit sore, lots of jumping in Level 3. So I did 3 sparks video today, 30 minutes of bike, and did a three mile walk. I also worked in the garden for 40 minutes and did the QFC.

I did a lot of moving today. I worked in the garden to get it cleaned out and more planted before the rains hit again. I also worked out early this morning. I chalked up 163 cardio minutes plus strength training and the QFC. emoticon

Did 5k walk in the pouring rain on Saturday. Took 44 minutes. Pulled something in my hip so I'm resting it a few days but I am doing some strength exercises to keep myself going. I'm so addicted to walking I'm having withdrawels.

During two soccer games I was able to continually walk around the games to acheive over 10000 steps. That is about 5 miles! Wahoo. Support the children and get some exercise in at the same time.

We can do this....together.

Tuesday I did 59 minutes of cardio,strength training and a video, Wednesday 80 minutes of cardio, plus a video, and today, I have done 60 minutes of cardio, a video, and strength training. I have been doing the QFC's too! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yikes! I hope your sister is doing well! Makes me appreciate my health and ability to move. What are you painting?

My treadmill is still out of order, and it has been so windy here the past couple of days that I haven't gone outside to walk or run. So I did two videos this morning along with the 30 day shred. I rode the bike for 21 minutes too, plus the QFC. emoticon

I haven't done any videos the last two days. Yesterday I painted all day and I am really sore today. I guess I stretched the muscles in my left side trying to reach the high walls. Today I had to take my sister for tests and blood work and to the surgeon for follow up visit and removal of stitches. She had the discs in her neck totally rebuilt. She is doing ok.
